Colorful Honey Mustard Grilled Paneer and Veggies

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup Impresso Honey mustard salad Dressing and Marinade
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons of white pepper powder
1 Red bell pepper - deseeded and cut into medium squares
1 Green bell pepper - deseeded and cut into medium squares
200g large mushrooms - cleaned uncut.
200g cottage cheese (paneer) - large squares
100g cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup chopped cilantro to garnish
Lemon zest to garnish

In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients for the marinade together and mix until homogeneous.

Add the cottage cheese and veggies, gently coat and mix in the marinade, refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.

Take grilling skewers, soak them in water before using so that they dont burn. You may also gill these items indivudually.

Put the veggies and paneer with a small gap between each, in a pattern (1 pc of bell pepper,1 pc paneer, 1 pcs capsicum, 1 pc mushroom)

Turn occasionally if you are using a griller (if on grilling pan turn occasionally on each side), grill it on for a total of 12 minutes while basting in the marinade, until there is a char and the veggies are cooked

Serve hot on a plate and garnish with cilantro & lemon zest

Serve a bowl of sticky rice for each person & Impresso Thai sweet chili sauce!
