Thousand Island fried Potato Burger
INGREDIENTS
Impresso's Thousand Island dressing and marinade
4 potatoes – Par Boiled
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
4 large lettuce leaves
Cheese slices (Optional)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
4 pcs burger buns
1 carrot – shredded on the side
Impresso's American mustard sauce
STEPS

Peel the potatoes and cut them into in medium to thick round slices

Mix the olive oil, black pepper powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds and sald together. This is the marinade for the potatoes.

Gently mix in the slices of potatoes into the marinade and let it marinate for atleast 30 minutes

Heat the pan on low heat and add butter to the pan, once the butter is melted and sizzling, put the sliced potatoes flat one by one to shallow fry with butter, turn occasionally and baste, till potato is golden brown on both sides

Once the potato is done, allow it to rest on the side

Slit burger bun in the center and toast

Spread a spoonful Impresso thousand island dressing in the burger buns, place some lettuce leaves on the bun and then the butter-fried sliced potatoes. Feel free to add some tomato and onion slices to enhance the taste and health of this burger!

Serve hot. Enjoy this with some fresh shredded carrot on the side and Impresso's American yellow mustard!
