Barbecue paneer Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS
2-1/2 cups of paneer
3 long green chillies, chopped
½ cup of salsa
½ cup of Impresso's Barbeque Sauce
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
12 flour tortillas of your choice
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream and additional salsa optional/ according to your taste

Preheat the oven to 200°

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl

Divide the tortillas between two baking sheets and spread it with the paneer mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and top it with remaining tortillas

Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Cut each quesadilla into 4 shapes of your choice or triangle shape

You can choose to make this on a pan as well

Enjoy hot, serve with sour cream and additional salsa
