INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoons of Impresso's Premium eggless mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Impresso's Bengal Kasundi Mustard Sauce
1 Tablespoon
Prepared horseradish Sauce
1 Teaspoon
½ tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking oil
1 Teaspoon
4 Fish fillets (150 gm each (fish of your choice)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon melted unsalted butter

STEPS

Preheat oven to 200 & whisk first 6 ingredients and 1/4 tablespoon cheese.

Coat fish fillets both sides with the mixture and place on a baking sheet, spread evenly and thinly

Toss breadcrumbs with melted butter and remaining cheese; place a generous layer of this over fillets.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork

Enjoy when warm with a lemon wedge on the side!
