Cold Creamy cheese Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS
240g soft cream cheese
1 pack
White sugar
3/4 cup
1 cup of Impresso's Classic creamy peanut butter
Milk
5 tablespoons
1 pack 240g whipped topping of your choice
1 pack digestive biscuit break into small pcs
1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder
STEPS

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Put in in sugar and mix well, add creamy peanut butter & milk

Put in 2 large spoonfuls of the whipped topping into the mix and fold

Crush the buiscuits, add the cocoa powder and melted butter, to create a base mix for the pie. Thoroughly combine

Mould the digestive mixture into a pan/tray of your choice.

Pour the filling onto the biscuit base

Chill overnight
