Cottage Cheese Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

Fresh baguette Bread/unsweetened bread rolls
Cut into medium-thick slices.
Cottage cheese cut in slices almost the size of the sliced bread
300gm
Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1 teaspoon
Impresso's Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Honey
1 tablespoons
Tomato, thin sliced
1 medium
Freshly chopped Basil leaves/Corriander
Water
1 tablespoon

STEPS

Place the bread slices on a serving dish

Mix Impresso apple cider vinegar, honey & lime juice, water in a bowl

Heat a small pan and pour the mix of apple cider mixture in the pan continue to stir on simmer for 5 minutes

Top the sliced bread with cheese

Drizzle with the pan mixture on top.

Finally, add a slice of tomato and a basil leaf/coriander to each piece of bread,

Sprinkle pepper on top & enjoy!
