Fruity Apple Cider Vinegar Salad with Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of soaked and boiled Chickpeas/canned chickpeas
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Minced garlic
4 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 Small oranges
1/4 cup of pomegranate
1/4 cup of chopped roasted almonds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 Tablespoon of honey
2 Tablespoons of Impresso's Apple cider vinegar
STEPS

In a pan add 1 spoon of olive oil on slow heat, saute the boiled chickpeas for 2 minutes and set a side to let it cool

In a small bowl mix the honey, Impresso's Apple cider vinegar & remainder olive oil

Now mix the sauteed chickpeas with the oranges, pomegranate and almonds

Pour tthe vinegar mixture on top and mix it well

Sprinkle cinnamon on top and mix

Refrigerate the salad for 10 minutes and enjoy it cold!
