Hummus with Apple Cider Vinegar

INGREDIENTS
Impresso apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon
Olive oil – for topping
4 tablespoons
Boiled & drained chickpeas or canned chickpeas – drained
400gm
Garlic cloves
4
Tahini
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Salt
1 teaspoon
Cumin powder
1 teaspoon
Crispy long bread slices - for side
Long medium-thick Sliced Cucumbers – for side
Long Sliced medium-thick carrots – for side
¼ Pomegranate deshelled for topping
Deshelled crushed Pistachios – for topping

STEPS

Put all ingredients except topping and sides into a blender with 3 tablespoons of water.

Blend well together into a smooth paste.

Top with olive oil, pomegranate and crushed pistachios.

Enjoy with bread/ carrots / cucumber
