Italian Herbs and Garlic Mayo salad

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of broccoli florets small cuts - blanched
2 cups of shredded carrots
1 cup of red onions diced
¼ cup of dehydrated cranberries
¼ cup of golden raisins
1 Tablespoon of sunflower seeds - deshelled
1 cup of Impresso's Herbs and Garlic mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of Impesso's Apple cider vinegar
100 g bread Croutons
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Take a salad bowl add all the ingredients mix well and top it with bread croutons.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
