Mayonnaise Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
250 gms of Penne / Farfalle / macaroni Pasta
1 cup Impresso premium eggless mayonnaise
½ teaspoon each salt & ground black pepper
½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
½ teaspoon sugar
100gms chopped broccoli rinsed with hot water
100gms cucumber
STEPS

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the pasta package: add 1 teaspoons salt to the water as it cooks the pasta. It is always better to cook pasta Al Dente to enjoy it better.

Once the pasta is almost ready, add broccoli in the same pot and cover the pot for about 2 minutes and then drain everything into a large strainer. Rinse well with cold water. Let the past cool for a bit.

Stir the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.

Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the bowl to the mixture and stir well to coat.

Add the cucumber, pepper and stir again.

Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes & serve. Stir just before serving.
