Mustard Chicken or Turkey Cutlets

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon corn flour + 1 Tablespoon Corn flour
2 Tablespoon breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon salt + ¼ teaspoon salt
Ground white pepper
1/2 Teaspoon
Red apple puree
2 Tablespoons
Impresso's American yellow mustard
2 Teaspoons
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
500 gms minced turkey / Chicken mince
Olive oil
1 Teaspoon
STEPS

In a small saucepan, add 100 ml warm water, combine the corn flour, salt, white pepper, Impresso's American yellow mustard and rosemary, cook at slow heat until thickened & blended, set aside

Into the minced chicken/turkey, add breadcrumbs, cornflour & salt. Thoroughly mix

Make the round thin cutlets, brush/coat with oil

Grill the cutlets for a few minutes at medium to low heat on each side

Brush the sauce made at each side and grill it for a tad bit longer, you'll know its done when its brown and crispy
