Paneer Kasundi

INGREDIENTS
300gms of Paneer, 8 -10 thick square pcs
1 medium onion - Puree
1 green capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
1 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
6 teaspoons Impresso's Bengal Kasundi Mustard sauce
4 teaspoons of Cashew paste
2 teaspoons of Khas khas / poppy seeds paste
4 teaspoons of Cream
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of brown Sugar to balance the sourness
2 Banana leaves
STEPS

Blend all the purees, sauces and pastes in a bowl

Stir fry Capsicums & Chopped Onions, set aside

Marinate the Paneer pieces for 40 minutes in the puree mix

Wrap the paneer pieces along with the marinade in separate Banana leaves.

Steam for 10 minute

Unwrap and garnish with onion and capsicum & chopped coriander

Serve hot & enjoy!
