Any order cancellations shall be made within 24 hours & before the order packed & sent for shipping, Some time we arrange to pack & ship order within 18 hours too, thus before cancellation kindly send email with Order ID to confirm if shipping is already done or yet to be done info@impressofoods.com or whats app 8928297795. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.
Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to info@impressofoods.com with Order ID &
Cancellation Reason: Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received & refund amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 10 days.
In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by customer.
Refund policy
1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
Order was cancelled well within time before shipping.
Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered & returned back to us for inspecting . we will have to inspect the same before issuing refund, Once we get the product returned by the customer on its own for quality issue etc the refund only will be issued post inspecting the product & understanding the reason. The opened & broken seal of product will be not be accepted as this is food product, refund will be issued subject to genuine reason is justified.
Refund will not be issued if product returned for the reason of personal taste profile & liking.
The product returned due to genuine reason of quality etc. the customer will get a full refund, or the product will be replaced whichever is found suitable by concerned officer of Impressofoods.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final.
The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
Any discounts availed while purchasing the product or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
Any extra amount credited to Impresso foods account may be considered for order enhancement or will be adjusted with next order post confirmation from www.impressofoods.com but will not be refundable.
In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Online Delivery shall have the deciding officer.
Since we are into food products , in general we do not accept any returns specially the opened & broken / damaged seal products., unless there is genuine reason for return such as quality not found appropriate or spoiled product due to manufacturing defects etc. Poor handling & mishandling of product or not keeping the products as per storage instructions on the pack may disqualify the refund.
Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Return policy
It is understood between www.impressofoods.com that returns be accepted and calculated within select parameters:-
Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration.
1. However impressofoods will inspect the product & will take appropriate action as suitable to avoid similar incident in future with any customer. The action taken to avoid future incidents will be solely by Impressofoods & not be revealed to customers.
2. Any returns due to default of the company, damaged product or spoiled product due to product defect will be taken into the consideration.
3. Return should reach us within 10 days from the date Purchase.
4. Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
