Sausage strata

INGREDIENTS
Big chicken sausages
750 gms
1 medium green Capsicum - chopped
1 medium red bell pepper - chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
Eggs
4
Milk
1 Cup
Salt
1 Teaspoon
White pepper
1 Teaspoon
Impresso's Yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon
5 slices of white/brown bread small squares
200gms of freshly boiled and drained chopped spinach / frozen cut spinach squeezed dry
½ cups of shredded mozzarella
½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Impresso's Yellow mustard
1 small beetroot boiled, drained & chopped
STEPS

In a large pan, cook the sausage, capsicum and onion over medium heat until sausages are not pink

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir in the sausage mixture, bread, spinach, and cheeses

Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 320 ° for 20 – 30 minutes

Uncover & bake 20 minutes, if the dish hasnt completely baked yet, give it another 10 minutes in the oven

Serve hot,and enjoy!
