Sesame dressing marinated fish

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon Juice
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon salt
500 g boneless lamb medium size, lean cut
4 tablespoon Impresso premium eggless mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Impresso thousand island salad dressing
1 teaspoon Impresso Kasundi mustard
2 teaspoon tomato puree
1 tablespoon fresh onion paste
2 tablespoons cooking oil / cooking oil spray
STEPS

Whisk together Impresso soy sauce, lemon juice, turmeric powder and chili flakes in a bowl and

Coat the fish with whisked marinade & put in the refrigerator for min 15 minutes

In a separate bowl mix rice flour & Impresso's Sesame sauce and dressing

Put the marinated fish in the rice flour mix to coat each piece completely

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and once hot, put fish/tofu to shallow fry turn occasionally till light golden brown, do not over fry or dry the fish/tofu, 5 minutes should be enough

Put the hot fish/tofu on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion & sprinkle black pepper

Serve with choice of your salad, sticky rice & enjoy sesame dressing fried fish !
