Simple Kasundi Stir fry Rice

INGREDIENTS
300g long grain non sticky rice / Basmati rice – freshly semi cooked.
1.5 cup Impresso Bengal Kasundi Mustard Sauce
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon cooking oil
½ cup water.
Popodums / papads as a side
STEPS

Heat the oil over medium heat in a large pot & cook the onions till golden brown

Reduce the head and add Kasundi mustard sauce and stir well for a 1 minute or so

Now add the cooked rice slowly & stir slowly for 1 minute

Cover the pot & let it cook for a couple of minutes, close the heat and let the rice cook on inside steam for 5 minutes

Serve hot and enjoy simply with roasted / fried papad.
