Tandoori broccoli and Mushroom Wrap

INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Impresso's Premium Tandoori mayonnaise
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
¼ teaspoon dry mango powder
1tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt to taste
1 cup broccoli florets (blanched and cut into bite sized pieces)
1 cup mushrooms medium chopped
STEPS

In a mixing bowl combine all the spices and the lemon juice

Put all mushrooms and broccoli in the mix and toss it well with spoon/hand. Cover and to marinate for 30 minutes

Grease pan with oil/butter & heat on low heat for few minutes, add the marinated broccoli and mushrooms & let it cook uncovered for few minutes

Add remaining marinade if any, and let it simmer

Turn off the flame. Place the tortilla/naan/pita bread on a flat surface

Spread a generous layer of Impresso's tandoori mayonnaise

Fill it with the tandoori broccoli and mushroom and garnish with some red onion slices and roll it up

Enjoy hot/cold with some chutney on the side, how ever you like!
