Thai Chicken Satay With Creamy Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Impresso All natural creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup of Impresso soy sauce
1/4 cup of lemon or lime juice
1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of red chilli sauce
6 pcs boneless skinless chicken breast each cut cube shape into 4 - 6 pcs or as per the desired size
STEPS

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, curry powder, garlic and red chilli sauce, mix well to coat each pc of chicken, refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to marinate

Preheat a grill to high heat.

Make sure you soak the skewers in water before hand so that it doesnt burn on the grill

Put the chicken onto skewers, then grill for 5 minutes per side
