Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Take ½ cup Impresso premium eggless mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl

Add green capsicum, red capsicum, carrot, black pepper, and salt and mix well

Spread some coriander chutney over one side of bread and lay the prepared mayonnaise mixture on it. Top it off with another slice

Apply the butter on top of both the breads to toast the sandwich breads and toast to crisp until slightly brown.

Finally, cut the toasted sandwich into half and serve with your favorite Impresso sauce! (It tastes great when toasted)
