Vietnamese Sriracha Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
½ cup horseradish, cut into small ¼ inch thick sticks
½ cup carrots cut into small ¼ inch thick sticks
Salt to taste
Ripe, fresh avocado, peeled, deseeded, and sliced
Roasted chicken breast coarsely shredded.
¼ bunch coriander leaves only
12 slices of jalapeños
Bread rolls
2 tablespoons of Impresso's premium sriracha mayonnaise
1 clove garlic minced
1 lemon juice

Combine radish, carrots, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl; and set it aside.

Mix minced garlic, Impresso's premium sriracha mayonnaise, and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Set aside 2 tablespoons sriracha mayonnaise.

Slice open bread baguettes; hollow out some of the doughy center. Assemble sandwiches by spreading ½ tablespoon mayo on the top side of the inside of each baguette. Then layer avocado, chicken, radish/ carrot combination and coriander leaves. Enjoy your Vietnamese chicken sandwich!
