Ranch Parmesan Prawns
Serves 4 Persons
Baked shrimp seasoned with parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning. Delicious and easy to make, these parmesan ranch shrimp kebabs are perfect as appetizers.

INGREDIENTS
Medium cleaned and deveined prawns
300 gm
Impresso ranch salad dressing
1/2 cups
Breadcrumbs dried
1/2 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon
Dry oregano
1/2 Teaspoon
Dry parsley
1/2 Teaspoon
Salt
1/2 Teaspoon
Unsalted butter
3 Tablespoons
PREPARATION METHOD

In bowl mix the prawns with Impresso's ranch salad dressing and marinade, black pepper, salt & parsley.

Once mixed refrigerate for 20 minutes and allow it to marinate

Now coat the prawns in the same bowl with breadcrumbs and wait for 5 minutes

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with butter, once heated and butter is melted, high the heat and place the prawns one by one in the pan

Keep on turning the prawns until golden brown, once done take out the prawns and put on a plate to garnish

Garnish with oregano and parmesan cheese

Serve hot with your choice of salad & any of Impresso's premium mayonnaise flavors on side!
