Sizzling Schezwan Stir Fry Paneer or Tofu

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons cooking oil
400g Paneer or tofu (please use firm tofu and cut into medium cubes)
1 medium red onion - sliced
1 large red/yellow bell pepper - deseeded and thinly sliced
150g Impresso's Schezwan stir fry Sauce
50g green onions chopped – for garnish
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
STEPS

In a wok or large pan heat oil on medium heat & sauté onions for 3 minutes then add bell peppers and sauté it with onions for another 3 minutes, ensure to stir/toss occasionally

Add paneer or tofu & toss occasionally

Reduce heat to slow & add Impresso schezwan stir fry sauce & sesame seeds and stir to combine for a minute

Remove from heat and garnish with green onions

Serve hot with Rice of your choice!

Put the hot fish/tofu on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion & sprinkle black pepper

Serve with choice of your salad, sticky rice & enjoy sesame dressing fried fish !
