Shahi Kasundi Mutton

INGREDIENTS
500 g bonless mutton
2 teaspoons salt
1cup yoghurt - beaten
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tabelspon ginger-garlic paste
1teaspoon red chilli powder
1teaspoon each roasted coriander-cumin powder
3 tabelspoons cooking oil
4 round dried red chilies - crushed
2 bay leaves
1 Teaspoon each of garam masala powder
1 cup chopped onions
2 green chillies - slit cut
Tablespoon almond paste
2 tablespoons of Impresso's kasundi mustard sauce
1 tabelspoon corriande finely chopped
1-1/2 cup water
STEPS

Marinate mutton in a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, yoghurt, salt & all the spice powder for a minimum of 3 hours

Heat oil in a pot, add bay leaves, crushed red chilies & saute onions with it until golden brown

Add the marinated mutton and stir well & let it simmer, covered till almost dry

Add 1-1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 15-20 minutes on a low flame / 3 whistles

Transfer the contents on to to the pan, add almond paste, Impresso's kasundi mustard sauce and green chilies & bring it to a boil and cover it and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minute

Garnish with cilantro & serve either hot with choice of your rice / bread
