Easy Chili

INGREDIENTS
500gm mincemeat
¼ cup of cooking oil
1cup yoghurt - beaten
1 medium onion - chopped
1 green bell pepper - chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups of Impresso Pasta Sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
500 grams of kidney beans – boiled
½ cup of water
Sour cream, for serving
Cheddar cheese, for serving
Jalepenos for garnish
STEPS

Heat cooking oil in a heavy bottom pot & put the minced mutton, onions, pepper, and garlic on medium heat, stir occasionally until the mutton has become brown

Add the Impresso pasta sauce and other spices and bring to a simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

Add the beans and water in the pot and simmer covered, for 30 minutes on low heat

Once cooked garnish with cheddar cheese & serve warm with choice of your bread or rice

Enjoy with side of sour cream, jalepenos and the Salad of your choice
