Caesar Rosemary Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup cooking oil or olive oil (preferred)
1/2 cup Impresso Caesar dressing and Marinade
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon rosemary dried
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
6 pcs boneless chicken breast - Skinless

STEPS

Clean and pierce the chicken with a fork to tender and fast absorbtion of the marinade

In a bowl, mix Impresso's Caesar salad dressing and marinade and other ingredients with half quantity of oil

Once mixed put pierced chicken and mix well and keep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hours or overnight

Preheat the oven @ 180 degrees for a grill and then place the marinated chicken breast for grill either on rotation screw rod or on a greased pan

Brush the oil on chicken and grill it for 8 minutes on each side do not forget to apply oil on another side when turning the chicken. Grill until chicken is cooked and juicy, do not over a grill and dry the chicken, make sure chicken is cooked and a little brown on the outer side.

Serve hot with choice of your Salad & enjoy this Caesar rosemary grilled chicken!
