Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Unsalted butter
1 Cup
Impresso's Classic crunchy peanut butter
1 Cup
1 cup of white sugar, ½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Put softened butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract and sugars together in a medium bowl & whisk with eggs until everything is combined

Take a separate large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; pour butter & egg mixture & mix well
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll dough into small 2 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a spoon /fork, use a fork to make a crisscross pattern.

Bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to turn brown
