Edamame and peas salad

INGREDIENTS
200gms of Edamame
100g of sweet Peas/green peas.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of Impresso Apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of Fresh Coriander chopped/fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of black pepper
STEPS

Boil Edamame in hot water for 5 minutes and drain, let it cool, rinse with cold water. (You can boil only seeds too)

Soak green peas seeds in piping hot water for 4 minutes and let it cool, rinse with cold water.

In a bowl put Impresso's Apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, salt, fresh coriander/basil and mix well,

Now pour the mixture onto green peas and edamame/beans and toss until it fully coats the edamame and peas

Sprink some black pepper on top and enjoy this healthy salad!
