Spicy Tangy Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup chopped celery
2 medium chopped onions
1-1/2 tablespoons of ketchup
2-1/2 tablespoons of Impresso's Barbecue Sauce
¾ cup of water
1-1/2 teaspoons of Impresso's Natural White Vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon of brown sugar
½ Tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black ground pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
¼ cup of cooking oil
300g of boneless chicken/ 4 breast cut into half like fillets
6 split burger buns
STEPS

Add all the ingredients except the BBQ sauce, chicken and bread

Thoroughly mix the spices, sauces and vinegar together

Pour the concotion the mixture over the chicken

Heat the cooking oil in a pan on a low flame, and once hot put the coated chicken in a pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for 13 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 8 minutes or until the meat becomes tender.

Remove the chicken and let it cool

Once the chicken is cool, you can shred it or simply chop it into smaller spieces

Toast your buns and let them crisp up

Spread some of Impresso's Barbecue sauce on every bun

Put the cut chicken between the burger bread and top it off with your favorite veggies!

Serve with some coleslaw on the side
