Barbecue Paneer or Cottage Cheese

INGREDIENTS
500g cottage cheese/ paneer cuts into long strips
Impresso's Barbeque Sauce
4 Tablespoons
Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper ground
1/2 Tablesppon
Garlic powder
1/2 Tablespoom
Cooking oil
3 Tablespoons
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
1/2 Cup

Mix all ingredients except the barbeque sauce and apply over cottage cheese and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat pan with cooking oil on medium heat.

Once the oil is hot put the paneer into the pan piece by and cook while basting in the barbecue sauce, a little by little.

Paneer will be a perfect combination of crisp and soft.

Chop some parsley and use it as a garnish

Serve hot, with a sauce or Salad!
