Sriracha Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

4 small boneless chicken breasts (400g)

¼ cup Impresso premium sriracha mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

4 lettuce/ cabbage leaves

1 large tomato cut into 8 thin slices
Bread slices

4 cut mozzarella cheese slices
STEPS

Heat grill pan on medium heat

Season chicken with salt and pepper

Grill chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until done (160°)

Meanwhile, mix Impresso's premium sriracha mayonnaise with the minced garlic

Spread Impresso's premium sriracha mayonnaise mix on the bread bottom.

Place lettuce and tomatoes on bread.

Top chicken over the tomatoes.

Place cheese over chicken.

Spread mayo on cut sides of top halves; place over the sandwiches and enjoy.
